Director of Professional Development/ Professional Learning
Ms Lucena graduated with a BA in Modern Foreign Language, an MA in Translation and a PGCE in Secondary Education (MFL). She has taught, worked and studied in Thailand, UK, Mexico, Brazil, Spain and Germany. Having led staff CPD groups and completed an NPQ in Leading Teacher Development (LTD), she is committed to supporting staff development through evidence-informed practice and collaboration. Before becoming a Secondary Teacher, she worked as a project manager and enjoys using these skills in her current work.
Outside of the classroom, Ms Lucena enjoys music, Latin dance, learning languages and gym classes.
