Ms He has been an integral part of the DCB community since its founding, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to her role in the Learning Support Department. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and has previously worked in another international school for several years. Passionate about fostering an inclusive learning environment, Ms. He is committed to supporting all students in reaching their full potential.
