Teacher of Physics
Ms Herrera holds a Bachelor of Science in Astrophysics and a Bachelor of Education in Teaching Science (Physics) and Mathematics at the Intermediate and Senior levels. With nearly a decade of experience teaching in Canada, China, and Thailand, she brings a global perspective to her classroom.
Ms Herrera is passionate about making science meaningful and accessible, encouraging her students to ask big questions and explore the world through critical thinking and hands-on learning. She has taught in diverse educational settings and enjoys supporting students in developing both academic confidence and curiosity.
Outside the classroom, Ms Herrera enjoys staying active through sports such as football and rugby. She also has a strong interest in the performing arts and regularly participates in local theatre and community arts events.
