Li Nolan
Senior School Teacher of Music
Li is originally from Sweden, but she has also lived in the UK for many years. Li first moved to London to study at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where she completed her Bachelor's and her Master's degrees. Her principal study was the Double Bass, and she studied with two renowned Professors, Kevin Rundell and Thomas Martin. After graduating, Li spent a number of years freelancing as a musician and teaching in school in and around London, running whole class strings programs. Whilst living in the UK, Li also completed her teacher training, a PGCE with the Institute of Education, which is part of the University of London. Since leaving the UK, Li has been teaching in a school in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and more recently in Beijing where she has been teaching Music in the senior school of another international school. In her spare time, Li enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and their three young children.
