DCB at the 2024 Beijing Color Run!
Spring took a colourful turn for our DCB community last weekend at the world’s happiest colour run here in Beijing!
On 20 April, over 80 Dulwich College Beijing families, comprising both teachers and students, were invited to take part in the world’s happiest 5k – the Color Run – at the beautiful Garden Expo Park.
At every kilometre mark, runners were playfully doused from head to toe in a different coloured powder, transforming them into walking rainbows at the finish line, with a post-5k event and more colossal colour throws to top off the jubilation.
The Color Run is a significant milestone for our community, bringing families, teachers, and students together for a meaningful experience and living life in full colour – made even more vivid under that day’s beautiful blue skies. We would like to extend our special thanks to our Friends of Dulwich (FoD) parent community, PE teacher Mr William Zhang, the GR team and the Marketing team, for their support in organising the event and the booth that day. Here’s to many more colourful adventures ahead!
