Chinese New Year Art and Culture Exhibition

During this time DCB's atrium will be transformed into an exhibition space to welcome in the Chinese New Year.  This will be done through a collaborative project with the Senior School's art and Chinese department.  We will be showcasing arts and Chinese heritage crafts that relate to aspects of Chinese Culture and Year of the dog.  Look out for some beautiful drawings, prints and ceramics created by our KS3 students as well as artwork made by DCB teachers, parents and professional artists.  There will also be a chance to join in the creative and cultural event with paper cutting and calligraphy workshops for parents.

Senior School House Art Exhibition

It's that time of year again when the Senior School art department challenges students of all ages to make a piece of collaborative artwork in their houses.  The theme is kept top secret until competition launch day but I can tell you the artworks will be made in the atrium t generate interest and promote our subject.  Come and speak to the house teams as they make their work and feel free to give them advice and 'paws' for thought.

DIMUN VIII

Anything Goes is a stylish musical comedy set aboard the ocean liner S. S. American, where nightclub singer/evangelist Reno Sweeney (Akriti P, Y13) is en route from New York to England. Reno’s friend Billy Crocker (Aaron L, Y13) has stowed away to be near his love, Hope Harcourt (Claire D, Y12), but the problem is Hope is engaged to wealthy English fool Lord Evelyn Oakleigh (Max C, Y12). Joining this love triangle on board the luxury liner are the rubbish gangster Moonface Martin (Sam C, Y11) and his sidekick-in-crime Erma (Ashley P, Y11).

Come and join us as we transform the Wodehouse stage into a glamourous 1930’s liner, and see our talented cast of tap-dancing sailors, colourful characters and live onstage band all joining forces to help Billy in his quest to win Hope’s heart!

The 2018 Dulwich College Asian Games

The DCA Games are an annual event involving all the Dulwich schools in Asia. This year we are expecting over 500 students to participate, with “The Games” taking place on March 26-27 on our campus. All students in Years 4-6 have the opportunity to participate in the following DCA sports:

• 3-on-3 Half-Court Basketball
• 5-on-5 or 6-on-6 Football
• Athletics (Track, Throws, Jumps)
• Swimming
