Dearest Friends of Dulwich,

Friends of Dulwich, also known as FoD, was founded with a simple purpose: to serve our community, strengthen the bond between school and home, support one another as we grow together, share in and celebrate each other's successes and happiness. It is truly moving to witness how this shared vision has taken root and borne fruit: our entire community has grown more vibrant, connected, and full of a sense of belonging because of it, with each member bringing their own unique warmth, creativity, and care to our collective effort.

Along the way, we have celebrated our teachers, welcomed new families with open arms, and created joyful opportunities for parents and children to share meaningful time together. We have laughed, learned, and supported one another through countless moments, with each one a reminder that our school is not only a place of learning, but also a true home. None of this would have been possible without you. Your generosity of spirit and willingness to give have made every step forward possible.

Looking ahead, our hope is simple: to continue building this spirit of belonging. We want every parent and every child to feel seen, valued, and embraced by our community. Whether through volunteering, sharing an idea, or simply joining an event, each contribution adds to the fabric of FoD and makes it stronger.

FoD is your community. It carries your voices, your ideas, and your hopes for what our children’s school life can be. Together, we will keep nurturing a place where families connect, cultures are celebrated, and kindness grows.

As parents, we are proud that our children are receiving the best international education at Dulwich College Beijing. But more than that, as part of the DCB community member, you should also know that Friends of Dulwich is a link to connect you and your family with our school.

Strengthening the connection between DCB families and the school is FoD’s most important mission. To achieve this mission, FoD volunteers create opportunities for parents to connect with the College by organising regular events covering multiple topics, including:
