Anthony Baldwin
Senior School Assistant Head: IBDP Coordinator
Anthony was our Head of Business and Economics and now he leads the development of the IBDP programme. As a highly experienced international educator, IB examiner and advocate for the IB diploma, he brings a wealth of experience in working with Senior Students and in IB pedagogy and practice.
Anthony is from Grahamstown, South Africa, and attended Rhodes University, where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration and Economics. He also completed his PGCSE in commerce studies at Rhodes University. He has taught internationally for 18 years in the UAE, Egypt and Thailand and is an assistant examiner for the IB Extended Essay in Business Management. Anthony loves most sports, including rugby, golf and fishing. He enjoys travelling around China with his partner Hannah and immersing himself in Chinese culture.
