Paola Conte completed her Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Management at the University of Warwick after completing a PGCE and a bachelor's degree in Music Education. Following three years of teaching internationally in South America, she moved to the United Arab Emirates and taught at international schools in the region for 16 years. She has conducted a variety of music ensembles, both classical and popular, and has been an active member of music festivals and community orchestras in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. Her diverse musical background includes Samba ensembles, Woodwind Quartets, Gamelan music, Music of the Andes, African Drumming, and European Folk ensembles. In her spare time, she enjoys scuba diving, learning Mandarin Chinese, and exploring Beijing's heritage.
