Mr Tew completed his BA in Drama in the United Kingdom and went straight into teacher training and completed his Qualified Teacher Status on a School Direct course in partnership with the University of Plymouth. He has been teaching drama for nearly a decade now, including five years at Penrice Academy, an outstanding school in Cornwall, and has held other responsibilities coordinating Initial Teacher Training.
