Ms Ford gained an Honours Degree in German and European Studies, followed by a PGCE in Modern Languages and SEN. She also holds the National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordinators.
She is an experienced educator and has taught and held senior leadership positions worldwide, supporting schools with developing inclusion policies, leading to outstanding provision. She is a firm believer in holistic education, encouraging all students to believe in themselves and to be the very best that they can be.
