She is currently advancing her expertise through the National Professional Qualification for SENCOs. With experience spanning over ten years, in both UK and international settings, she has led year groups and curriculum development, consistently fostering inclusive, inquiry-driven learning environments. Mrs Buxton is dedicated to supporting all learners to thrive academically and personally, with a strong commitment to student well-being, safeguarding, and professional development. She also brings a depth of experience in assessment, staff support, and parent engagement, making her a passionate and reflective educator.
