K Lynch
Assistant Head of DUCKS
K Lynch is originally from New Zealand and has been an educator for over 25 years, including nearly 20 years in international schools across Vietnam, Germany, Thailand, Azerbaijan, and now China. Her teaching experience spans early years education with children aged 2 to 9, and she has also held several leadership roles—including eight years as Early Years Coordinator in Bangkok, Thailand, and, more recently, three years as Primary Assistant Principal in Baku, Azerbaijan—before joining DUCKS.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Massey University, New Zealand, and sees herself as a lifelong learner.
She is a passionate advocate for children and childhood and is equally committed to sustainability, gender equality, and inclusivity. Ms Lynch is also a published author of poetry and one children’s book—with hopes of writing more in the future.
