FAME the Musical – Senior School Production Deliver Standout Performances
Congratulations to the cast and production team of our student-led performance, FAME the Musical!
Last week, our Senior School students delivered an impressive and spirited rendition of the iconic FAME the Musical, wowing audiences all throughout.
“Fame! It’s gonna live forever!” Ms Elnè Engela Ackermann, our Senior School of Drama, proudly said. “Our students are truly phenomenal. They have worked so hard and are triple threats, singing, dancing AND acting! I had a blast producing the musical with all the various student leaders and like colouring a colouring book, bringing life to this musical has been such a journey. I will be replaying this musical in my mind for years to come!”
Ms Chloe Whitehouse, Senior School Teacher of Drama, Dance and Liberal Arts, beamed with pride at her students’ growth and the passion they have displayed in bringing this production to life. "As the Director of DCB's production of Fame, I'm in awe of the students' dedication. The growth I have seen throughout the process is more than incredible. Their passion and hard work made the show surpass all expectations. It went better than I could have ever imagined. Bravo to our talented cast and crew for an unforgettable performance!"
To all our guests, thank you for joining us and supporting our students as we celebrated their talents and dedication to the arts. Congratulations again to our students and their teachers for a fantastic production. Your dedication and talent have surpassed all expectations, leaving an unforgettable mark. Bravo!
