Amanda Cui
Junior School Chinese Lead
Amanda Cui was born in Inner Mongolia, China. She pursued a master’s degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages at Sun Yat-sen University. She then went on to earn PGCEi from the University of Nottingham in 2019. She has been fortunate enough to work in the field of international education, having taught Chinese in various countries such as China, South Korea, the Philippines, and the United States. Her teaching experience includes four years of Chinese teaching experience at university, two years at Senior School, and several at the primary school level.
In addition to her teaching experience, Ms Cui has lived and worked overseas in various countries such as South Korea, the Philippines, the United States, and Australia. Outside of work, she loves language and literature, likes to play the guitar and the drums. She also enjoys staying active with fitness activities.
