Ben Kallend
Senior School Teacher of Business and Economics
Mr Kallend is from Manchester in the UK, where he attended The University of Manchester, completing his Master’s Degree in Business and Information Technology. After graduating, Ben entered the hospitality industry working in Manchester’s largest events hotel; working his way up to Head of Department before heading out East. It was here in Beijing that Ben developed a love of teaching and China through working as a business skills coach with Microsoft, Lenovo, and the Ministry of Commerce; developing this into a permanent career change into teaching by completing his PGCE. Ben has spent the last decade working at another British international school in Beijing before moving to Dulwich College to join the Business and Economics department. Ben is also a keen cyclist and an avid motorsport fan.
