Cecilia Liang

Cecilia has been working in the trade of communications for fifteen years. Her latest role was the practice head of Weber Shandwick. At this top global communication agency, she designed and implemented communication programs for multinational organizations like Microsoft. She was deeply immersed in the cross-regional communications and has functioned as the bridge between Weber’s China and US offices. Before Weber Shandwick, Cecilia worked with Tesco as the Senior Communications Manager. Joining DCB, Cecilia will bring her years of experience and knowledge to innovate our storytelling, enhance the brand image, and strengthen community engagement.
Cecilia is a native Mainlander. She graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University. Cecilia lives in Beijing but also spent three years in Massachusetts, US. When she was there, she joined the Boston Chinese Parent Association, an organization supporting Chinese parents in cross-cultural education. Cecilia has a preschool-age daughter and a toddler son. She loves doing yoga in her spare time and is a licensed yoga instructor.
