David Lamond
Junior School Learning Support Teacher
David Lamond has been teaching in Canada and internationally since 2008. Mr. Lamond is originally from Southern Ontario, Canada, and has taught at international schools in South Korea, Kuwait, Thailand, and Indonesia during his teaching career. Having completed his Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English Literature in Canada, he obtained his teaching credentials and Master in Education from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), USA. He is licensed through the Ontario College of Teachers in Canada. Mr. Lamond also holds specialist qualifications in ESL and Learning Support from Queen’s University in Canada.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his daughter, exercising, outdoor activities, learning new blockchain coding languages, experimenting with new blockchain Web3 applications in decentralized finance, and trading equities markets. During his time in China, he plans to study Mandarin.
