Catherine Ho
Teacher of Economics, Senior School Global Citizenship Lead
Catherine Ho graduated from the National University of Singapore and was trained as an Economist. She has gone on to complete her Masters in Pastoral Care and is currently a doctoral candidate in the University of Illinois in the School of Education, Policy, Organization and Leadership. In her long educational career, she has taught K to university students and enjoys teaching learners of each and every stage (though a little biased towards the IBDP). Besides teaching, she had also worked for a global non-profit for 15 years and has had extensive experience in leading multicultural, multi-lingual teams. She is passionate about making the world a better and more peaceful place through applying Critical Economic Literacy that promotes Critical Global Citizenshp. She is renewed by times in nature and enjoys cycling, hiking and camping in the mountains of Beijing and beyond.
