Suzanne Robare

Suzanne Robare was educated in the US and China, with a BA (English and History), M.S (Education for the Socially, Educationally and Linguistically Diverse) and M.T.E (Teacher Education). In addition, she has graduated from Harvard University's Educational Leadership programme, and is on hiatus from doctoral studies in Educational Psychology at the University of North Dakota (UND) while pursuing more training in identifying reading difficulties in multilingual students and exceptional learners. She is also a certified Irlen Screener, with teaching licensure and specialisations in EAL, Reading, and Special Education. A passionate advocate for animal welfare, early childhood education, and the arts, she can be found in the hutongs of Beijing on the weekends, looking for good jazz, good food and found art.
