Timothy Pyles
Learning Technology Coach
Timothy Pyles is an Educational Technology Coach and teacher of Digital Design at Dulwich College Beijing. Originally from the United States, he graduated from the University of Houston-Downtown's Multi-disciplinary department with a Bachelor of Science. After graduating, he worked as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator, shortly thereafter moving to work in Education as a Visual Arts teacher for three years. Utilising technology at the class and campus level became so seamless that he began to lead professional development in education technology. Later becoming a STEAM coordinator, Maker Space liaison, and Technology Coach in 2021 going to the district level a year after to support campuses in Houston, Texas.
Outside of school, he enjoys making digital art for children's books and comics, studying animation, reading, and exploring his environment.
