Tracey Francis
Head of DUCKS
Tracey Francis holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, a PGCE in Primary Education from Kingston University, and an MBA in Educational Leadership from University College London.
Ms Francis was the Head of a Pre-Prep and the Designated Safeguarding Lead in Kuwait, which received the International Schools Award for Safeguarding 2021. Prior to this, she has worked in mostly primary schools in London, but has also worked in Oman. She has taught across the whole primary phase. On occasion, Ms Francis has spent her summers as a Programme Director for summer schools in St Catharine's College Cambridge (16 and 18 year-olds) and St Mary's School Ascot (7 and 13 year-olds). In her free time, Ms Francis enjoys sports, art, and travelling with her daughter.
