Junior School Explores Space and Chinese History through Art and Ceramics

Students in Year 5 have coupled their learning about space exploration with a range of watercolour techniques to paint these beautiful galaxies. They have then used gold silver and white paint markers to add Pop Art style Doodles.
Meanwhile, our students in Year 6 have learned about Ceramics. They used clay slab techniques to create their own vessels. They used subtractive and some additive methods to decorate their work with patterns taken from different periods of Chinese history.
