Deputy Head of Senior School – Wellbeing & College Designated Safeguarding Lead

Originally from Lancashire in the north of England, Kevin Rossall began his educational journey by moving to London to study at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. There, he delved into Drama, Applied Theatre, and Education, earning a BA (Hons) alongside a PGCE teaching qualification. 

Over the course of ten years, Mr Rossall honed his skills at a prestigious college in the UK, gradually transitioning into specialized leadership roles aimed at enhancing various schools in North London. Driven by his passion for educational leadership, he extended his reach internationally, spending six years in Egypt as Deputy Head (Student Welfare) and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). 

Now serving as Deputy Head Teacher (Wellbeing) & Designated Safeguard Lead at Dulwich College Beijing, Mr Rossall approaches his role with a deep sense of responsibility. He is committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment where every student feels safe and valued. Beyond academic achievements, he strives to empower students with the skills and resilience needed to thrive as individuals and contributing members of society.
