At Dulwich College Beijing, we have developed a rigorous and exciting academic programme which offers breadth and depth of learning throughout the Senior School. In Years 7 to 9 (Key Stage 3), the UK curriculum is contextualised and enhanced for our students, with a focus on achieving best practice. We take seriously our role in ensuring that students develop a range of transferable skills that will support their development through the Senior School.
For students in Years 10 and 11 (Key Stage 4), we offer the IGCSE programme, widely considered to be world-class curriculum. At DCB, we go the extra mile in preparing students for the future, with all students studying Global Perspectives in Years 10 and 11. In addition, our bespoke STEM and Liberal Arts courses demonstrate our commitment to creativity and innovation, adapting to the learning needs of the student body.
In Years 12 and 13 (Key Stage 5), students take the prestigious IB Diploma Programme. Whilst we are very proud of the sustained high achievement of our students over the years at IGCSE and IBDP levels, we are equally delighted by the fine young people who are shaped by and thrive in our holistic programmes. Students and parents have access to expert university counsellors with a proven track record and are supported by a dedicated and experienced IB team over these two years.
At DCB, we recognise that we are in the business of developing young people, instilling in them important values for life and ensuring that they are given the opportunity to grow and flourish beyond academics. We want our students to have the tools to lead healthy, fulfilled lives. They are actively engaged in student leadership at all ages, leading or taking part in many different activities during and beyond the school day. They play sport; they debate; they perform, and they create in a myriad of different ways. This enrichment goes hand in hand with their studies.
Dulwich teachers are specialists with a passion for teaching and learning and a belief that students truly do come first. Our pastoral teams strive to ensure that each student achieves a sense of belonging here – and it shows, for our students are our best ambassadors. Their sense of spirit, fun and commitment to DCB makes the Senior School a rather special place to be.
Do come and visit us. Our students and staff will be delighted to welcome you.
