As our youngest learners take their first steps into school, their little hands nestled in the comforting warmth of their parents' palms, a mix of emotions might be racing through them. What matters most is that they know they are in a place where they can be safe, confident, and ready to grow and flourish.

Creating the right conditions for children to thrive is important in early childhood education. Dulwich College Beijing (DCB) is known for its commitment to providing students with a holistic learning experience and fostering students to grow into lifelong learners. The journey begins as early as in DUCKS (Dulwich College Kindergarten School).

At DUCKS, we design our curriculum and learning programmes to meet the diverse needs of our international students, fostering lifelong skills and equipping them for the next chapter of their educational journey. We cultivate a supportive environment, instil a love for learning, and inspire our students to become global citizens.

But what does this look like in practice?

In this video, three of our DUCKS students take you on a journey to explore what learning at DUCKS looks like. They engage with teachers, discussing topics such as risk-taking, purposeful play, global citizenship, Dulwich Values, House system, and more. Their exploration has been captured and produced into a video that showcases DUCKS.

Join our students in this exploration and see how DUCKS helps them start strong and become the best they can be.
